123 HP Envy 6475 Printer Not Found During the Network Driver Setup
This document is for wireless and wired network connection from your Mac computers. You can also get HP Print Driver and Software for Mac from the HP Official website. It uses a guided installer to set up your printer device in a WiFi or a Wired Network connection. Follow these Troubleshooting instructions, if HP Envy 6475 Printer Not Found during Network Driver Setup during the installation process.
Step 1: Restart your Device
Step 2: Check with Printer and Network Status
Ensure that the network is working correctly and the printer is in Ready state for the network setup. Status 3: Printer and Network Connection
Try to connect the HP printer to the network manually so that the HP installer can detect the printer device. IF you have touch or text-based control panel then you can use the wireless setup wizard or try to use the WiFi Protected Setup (WPS).

Wireless Setup Wizard tool helps you through the wireless network setup process. Use the guided tool to select network name and input the password to make the network connection.
Get the required information Network name (SSID), Network security password and a computer that is connected to the same wireless network as your printer device.
Next, unplug USB and Ethernet cables from the printer. Choose Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the network connection process.

Step 4 : Reset the Printer

Step 6: Re install the HP software
Turn on the printer device, Visit HP Customer Support – Software and Driver Downloads. Select your printer device from “Let’s identify your product to get started” and enter your printer model number and choose submit. You can also change the operating system version with the change option. Select Download next to HP Easy Start or next to the Full feature Driver.
Open HP Easy Start .dmg from downloads folder and start the installation process. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the printer connection process. Using the Print Using menu, you can add the printer device to the printer queue and select your printer name from the pop-up menu. Then, choose Add.
